Saturday Workout 2/5/11

Today we worked on our starts and turns. Be sure that you are getting all you can out of your streamlines, and clean up your turns.

Warm Up:
200 Swim, Kick, Pull, Swim - Freestyle
200 Swim, Kick, Pull, Swim - Backstroke

100 Breaststroke
100 Breaststroke Kick
4 x 50 Free R.I. 20 sec
4 x 25 Underwaters

250 Cool Down

Total: 2350 yds.
