2 x 100 Kick on back w/fins
2 x 100 Fly kick on back w/fins
Main set:

2 x 50 Choice QUICK (Stroke for meet)
2 x 100 GOOD FORM!
Work on Turns for strokes
Work on Starts
300 Cool Down
Total: 2400 yds.
