2014/2015 MTSU Masters Swim Club Membership Information

In case you missed our fall call out meeting and would still like to join the team, here is the information that you need to know.

Membership: STUDENTS: $65.00 per calendar year (November 2014-December 2015)
                    ALUMNI/FACULTY/STAFF: $85.00 per calendar year (November 2014-December 2015)

There are 3 forms that MUST be filled out and returned to the club officers, along with payment for membership.  They are:
