Monday: October 8 Workout

Warm up:
9 x 100s - 3 free on 1:40, 3 back on 1:50, 3 choice on 2:00

Sets:
9 x 200 - 3 choice kick, 3 IM drills, 3 pull ( go at appropriate interval)
12 x 50 - odd moderate free, even build best stroke on 1:10

Cool Down:
200 Easy
