We ARE a "Really Cool Website of the Month"

Thanks to United States Masters Swimming for choosing us as one of their, "Really Cool Websites of the Month"!! We're working hard to make this a great, useful website for our members. It just so happens that two other team submissions also had "Blue Wave" in their names too. Here's some of their mathematical findings...
This month, not only did we receive three submissions for RCWOM from different clubs across the country, but they all had "Blue Wave" in their names. We figured the odds of this happening were pretty low, so we asked a local math whiz to crunch some numbers for us. He told us that there was a 0.0000028% of this happening. We're taking this as a sign that either something really cool just happened, or that the teams with Blue Wave in their names are involved in a conspiracy of some sort.

Thanks United States Masters Swimming for recognizing our club!!

United Way Cupcake Challenge!

The Blue Wave Raiders are competing in the United Way Cupcake Challenge tomorrow. Here's the details of the contest:

On April 26th, which is next Tuesday, we will be having a cupcake bake off on the KUC Knoll from 11am- 1pm. We want to ask your organization to donate 3 dozen cupcakes of your choice to our cause! Each organization that donates will be represented, and students on MTSU's campus will pay $1 per cupcake to taste and try. In the end, the cupcakes will be judged by "celebrity judges" from Julia's Bakery and GiGi's cupcakes. The organization that wins will be mentioned, and hopefully be entered in our local newspaper. This is a great and easy way to support your community and join forces with your student body!
So head on over to the Knoll tomorrow and buy yourself a cupcake!! You'll be supporting the Masters Swim Club AND Rutherford County United Way!!

Thanks!
